-500g/17oz Oyster mushrooms
-Bread crumbs
-3 cloves of garlic
-salt, parsley and oil
Season the mushrooms with salt and rub them with oil.
Place the mushrooms onto the griddle pan and cook them on each side until golden. Remove from the pan and keep them hot.
Fry the cloves of garlic and the parsley lightly in oil. Add 1 tbsp. bread crumbs, a squeeze of lemon juice and pour this mixture over the mushrooms.
Serve them on a slice of toast.
