-8 Oyster mushrooms
-a cupful of skimmed milk
-250g/8oz flour
-2 eggs
-salt and pepper
-Chopped parsley and garlic
-Bread crumbs
-oil
Dredge the mushrooms in flour before dipping them into the beaten eggs with milk, salt, parsley and pepper. After dipping place them on the breadcrumbs, both sides and finally, fry them.
