-1 chicken
-500g/17oz small Oyster mushrooms, sliced
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 lemon
-1 bay leaf
-oil
-salt
-Pepper
-Grated nutmeg
-Chopped parsley
-1 tsp. flour
-Butter
Cut the chicken into pieces. Fry these pieces, garlic cloves, bay leaf, grated nutmeg, pepper and salt lightly in oil for 20 minutes.
Then, slice the mushrooms and add them.
Remove the garlic. Then, chop and add some parsley.
While the chicken is cooking, take a separate pan and fry 1 tsp. flour in a little butter. Pour this mixture into the sauce to thicken it.
Add some lemon juice and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve at once.
