-a small cupful of oil
-Chopped garlic and parsley
-500g/17oz Oyster mushrooms
-Salt and pepper
Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms on their flat sides. Add salt and pepper. Turn them over and fry them until golden on both sides.
Add chopped garlic and parsley, and remove from the heat.
Note: You can add some cream, a ½ cup of white wine or flambé with cognac.
